What is taxfreecar system in Turkey?<\/strong><\/h2>

It was issued pursuant to the Customs Law by making use of Articles 130 and 131 of the Customs Law No. 4458, with the Law No. Residence of foreigners specified in the Customs General Communiqu\u00e9 SERIAL NO 1 ON LAND VEHICLES FOR PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE<\/a>, as defined in Article 376\/J of the Customs Regulation, which entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 23 January 2010 and numbered 27471 of the Undersecretariat of Customs. HOW MANY KINDS OF CUSTOMS GUARANTEE DEPOSIT ARE THERE?<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0There are three types of payment methods available for providing customs guarantee:<\/p>

  1. CASH DEPOSIT METHOD<\/strong>You can deposit your existing funds in foreign currency such as EURO, USD, or Turkish Lira, which can be immediately withdrawn on the same day in foreign currency when you close the registration of the vehicle.

  2. SPONSOR COMPANY SUPPORT<\/strong>: If you are an expat working for a company or have a company that you know, you can solve the customs guarantee issue with a \"bank guarantee letter\" given to you within the limits of the company's bank account without cash deposit, which is a method preferred by top-level executives and directors working in foreign companies and is resolved by the corporate company's finance department.

  3. TURING SECURITY COMMITMENT:<\/strong>You can provide a bank guarantee letter obtained in return for a\nsecurity at a Turkish bank for your own property, or for a property owned by a close family member\nsuch as your mother or father, up to the deposit amount calculated by the bank, and submit it to the\nTuring Auto Institution or the Customs Directorate where the transaction will be carried out. This is the most preferred method. You can also solve the issue without making a cash deposit by obtaining\na bank guarantee letter using your own resources.<\/li><\/ol>
